Privacy Policy

AgentVue is a business platform for real estate professionals, made by Vail Digital Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it across the AgentVue web dashboard at login.agentvue.app, the installable web app, and the AgentVue iOS app.

The short version: we collect only what's needed to run your account. Your business data belongs to you. We never sell your information, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash), plus optional profile details you add such as a photo, phone number, and brand color.
Business content you create — listings, contacts, appointments, expenses, documents, photos, and other records you add to your workspace. This data is yours; we store and process it only to provide the service.
Billing information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we keep only your subscription status and billing history references.
Usage and device information — basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed for security and reliability.

Face ID and biometrics

If you enable Face ID or Touch ID sign-in on iOS, all biometric processing happens on your device through Apple's frameworks. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to or stored by AgentVue.

Camera and photos

The iOS app requests camera and photo library access only when you choose to add photos (for example, listing photos or your profile picture). Photos are uploaded only when you select them.

Push notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store a device token so we can deliver alerts you've asked for (such as new leads or booking reminders). You can turn notifications off any time in your device settings.

To provide, maintain, and improve the AgentVue service
To process your subscription and send billing-related messages
To send transactional emails such as welcome instructions, alerts you've enabled, and account notices
To provide support when you contact us
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run AgentVue: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), and Cal.com (demo scheduling). Each receives only the data required to perform its function.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deleted accounts enter a 14-day restore window, after which your data is permanently removed and any active subscription ends at the close of its agreed term. You can also request deletion by emailing us.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard protections, including row-level access controls. Optional two-factor authentication is available on every account.

Children

AgentVue is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and note the change on this page. Continued use of AgentVue after a change means you accept the updated policy.
